About the Role

Ratio is seeking talented, exceptional marketers to be listed on our platform. You will connect your Meta or Google Ads account and our software will analyze and rank your past results. You can pick which campaigns you want to highlight on your profile. Once approved, your profile and results will get in front of thousands of verified companies every day.

You set your own rates and hours - and you're free to pick and choose which projects you take on. Listing on Ratio is 100% free forever.

About You:

• You have a proven track record of excellent marketing results
• You have access to a current Meta Ads or Google Ads account that you can connect to our platform for analysis
• You consistently beat industry averages in CTR, CPC and ROAS
• Ability to manage projects and meet client expectations with minimal oversight
• Creativity, strategic thinking, and ability to execute all aspects of a campaign from launch to reporting
• A results-driven approach with a strong drive for business growth
• A builder's mindset, able to shift quickly between strategic thinking and hands-on implementation
• Customer-centric approach

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
