Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated Digital Events Manager to work with our Marketing Team on a full-time basis who will be responsible for executing virtual events and webinars. In this role, you’ll be responsible for conceptualizing and executing events that are engaging, memorable and aligned with demand generation and brand-building initiatives. You will report directly to our Senior Events Marketing Manager.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Project managing all aspects of our webinar/virtual events from conception to execution, including creating event briefs, work back schedules, budgets and reporting on event post-mortems
  • Management, set up and administration of webinars and the On24 Platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams to produce a seamless webinar experience from start to finish - this includes creating branded landing pages, registration forms, event creative, pre- and post-event communications, content creation and presentation materials
  • Manage post event surveys and maintain the NPS Score
  • Oversee requirements for lead-nurturing follow-ups and workflows in Marketo
  • Provide accountability through dashboards, project plans, milestones, action tracking and status reports


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar field with 2+ years of Marketing experience within the software technology industry. 
  • Goal oriented with a strong attention to detail and a passion for operational excellence 
  • Extremely detail oriented with excellent analytical, organizational, and troubleshooting skills 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills 
  • Ability to creatively solve complex problems 
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
