As a Digital Content Manager, you will:

Hire, coach, evaluate, and manage a team of digital content coordinators and/or digital content specialists. These teams are responsible for providing customers with the best shopping experience by locating accurate product attributes and images for new items, along with improving site usability by organizing products and categories effectively.
Evaluate employee performance and provide appropriate feedback. This may include delivering progressive discipline, developing effective performance improvement plans, or terminating employees.
Foster company culture and promote employee growth within the team.
Collaborate with other department managers on large scale projects and department processes.
Evaluate existing tools and processes.
Communicate effectively with Procurement, Content, SEO, Design, Production, and Logistics departments to complete projects.
Navigate complex and foreign topics by using superior problem-solving and communication skills.
Adapt to an ever-changing set of responsibilities and tasks.
Continually develop personal leadership, planning and communication skills.

Remote work qualifications
