👪 Team and context
We are looking for our 2nd DevOps Engineer, who will work closely with our team of 120+ engineers to define performance and metrics standards and tooling.
You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that consists of two Frontend engineers, two Backend engineers and another DevOps Engineer.
🏠 Offices
The company’s HQ are in Paris, but the whole Tech team is remote-first. You are thus free to work from wherever you want in Europe.
🎯 Your Missions
- Evangelising SRE practices across our engineering team.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to understand where we can proactively improve the reliability of our application, as well as helping to scale production resources so that they are efficient.
- Helping us to define performance and metrics standards.
- Setting up tooling and monitoring for the metrics, responding to surfacing issues and opportunities and defining the engineering guidelines.
- You will be overseeing how production management would look like from application perspective.
- Collaborating with a Application Security Engineer and a DevOps Engineer, while reporting to our Lead.
🥇 You’re the right candidate if you have experience:
- With monitoring and APM tools (e.g. Grafana/Prometheus/DataDog/Splunk or others)
- Working with cloud - we use AWS.
- Scaling up a web application and asynchronous job system
- Working/or would like to work in a product focused environment.
