What will you be doing:
- Develop data science models for Bryq users.
- Maintain and build new predictive models by applying Machine Learning algorithms
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the predictive models
- Work in a team of Data Scientist, collaborating with cross-functional teams in product, business, and engineering to address cutting edge retail solutions for recruiting teams.
- Report the key findings internally by writing brief and explanatory reports helping the team to take decisions
Requirements
- Proven experience in Data science, machine learning, optimization models
- Master’s in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Information Technology, Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Econometrics would be considerd a plus.
- Proven experience in Python, Spark, Scala, or R, using open-source frameworks (for example, scikit learn, TensorFlow, Pytorch)
- Excellent understanding of AI/ML/DL and Statistics, as well as coding proficiency using related open-source libraries and frameworks
- Significant proficiency in SQL and languages like Python, PySpark and/or Scala.
- Effective technical communication to non-technical stakeholders..

Interview process
It starts with the 20-minute Bryq assessment that we ask all employees (including our CEO) to take. It gives us valuable insight into your strengths, and also happens to be our core product offering that you’ll be working on!
After that, you will get to know if you go on to the next round of the interviewing process which includes speaking to HR and our Head of DS. The final step is a take-home business case.
