Acclinate is looking for a dedicated and results-driven Data Scientist to join our DataOps team. In this role, you will work closely with various departments to ensure effective data management, develop insightful data tools, and create AI/ML models focused on health behavior. Your contributions will play a crucial role in advancing our mission to promote health equity and support underserved communities.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with TechOps to develop and deploy AI/ML models for health behavior analysis.
- Partner with RevOps to visualize data for strategic decision-making and business proposals.
- Work with Quality Assurance managers to maintain privacy and security standards.
- Design and analyze community surveys in collaboration with Community and Medical teams.
- Establish and enforce data management protocols to uphold data integrity and accessibility.
Required Skills:
- Strong dedication to addressing public health disparities and biases in health analytics.
- Proficiency in research, literature review, and statistical analysis.
- Proactive problem-solving ability and strong teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with HIPAA, PHI, HITECH, and HITRUST regulations.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, information systems, and cloud computing platforms.
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Public Health, Computer Science).
