About the Role

The Creative Director at Bizee will play a pivotal role in elevating our digital identity across various platforms, including our website, physical products, marketing collateral, and advertising initiatives. This role is at the heart of our leadership team, combining a visionary creative outlook with sophisticated data-backed UI/UX design capabilities.

We are seeking a candidate with a robust track record in steering creative endeavors within lifestyle brands, showcasing a profound ability to resonate with our target audience of entrepreneurs through innovative design and user experience strategies.

This position reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and demands a visionary and requires a leader who thrives at the confluence of art, technology, and commerce. The ideal candidate will be adept at delivering forward-thinking solutions that align with Bizee’s goals, propelling our mission to new heights.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Content Creation: Oversee the production of all digital content, including website design, social media content, and digital advertising, while ensuring consistency and high quality.
  • Skillfully balance the intersection of user needs, artistic innovation, and brand guidelines, focusing particularly on entrepreneurs as our core audience. Ensure all creative outputs not only resonate with their unique expectations but also align harmoniously with Bizee’s identity and ethos, thereby enhancing overall engagement and driving brand loyalty.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure creative strategies align with business goals and enhance customer experience.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of creative initiatives, using data to inform future strategies and optimize results.
  • Managing Relationships with Outside Creative Agencies: Oversee and cultivate productive relationships with external creative agencies to supplement and enhance in-house capabilities, ensuring alignment with Bizee’s brand vision and standards.
  • Champion AI-forward strategies by leveraging cutting-edge AI tools and technologies to innovate and enhance creative processes, ensuring Bizee remains at the forefront of digital trends and continues to offer cutting-edge, AI-enhanced user experiences.
  • Lead the development of dynamic prototypes, from concept through to execution, ensuring they are highly functional, user-centric, and reflective of the latest design trends. This includes managing the prototype lifecycle to validate concepts, gather user feedback, and iterate designs, ultimately enhancing the product’s market readiness and user satisfaction.
  • Creative Vision and Execution: Lead the conceptualization and execution of innovative marketing campaigns that effectively communicate our brand’s message and drive engagement.
  • Brand Strategy Leadership: Help develop and refine Bizee’s brand strategy, ensuring it aligns with our mission and resonates with our target audience.
  • Team Building and Mentorship: Build, mentor, and lead a creative team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on UI/UX design.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a creative leadership role, with a significant focus on UI/UX design, branding, and digital marketing within lifestyle brand companies.
  • A compelling portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative projects, including detailed examples of UI/UX design work.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with a proven track record of inspiring and managing creative teams.
  • Expertise in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, and other programmable design tools 
  • Strong understanding of web and mobile app development processes and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a related field.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, ideally within a startup.
  • A passion for storytelling through design, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
