The Copywriter at Supafitgrow is instrumental in creating compelling copy for various marketing initiatives. This role requires a blend of creative writing skills and data-driven insights to produce content that resonates with target audiences and drives desired actions. The Copywriter collaborates closely with the Marketing Manager, media buyers, and the creative team to ensure all copy aligns with strategic objectives and upholds Supafitgrow’s core values.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Launch Copywriting:
  • Develop high-quality copy for new clients’ campaign launch documents based on strategies provided by the Marketing Manager.
  • Ensure consistency with the client’s brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Video/Static creative scripts
  1. Email Marketing:
  • Write engaging and persuasive copy for clients’ email nurture campaigns.
  • Craft email sequences that foster customer relationships and encourage conversions.
  1. Landing Page Copywriting:
  • Create compelling copy for clients’ landing pages that effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Collaborate with designers to ensure a cohesive and persuasive user experience.
  1. Data-Driven Copy Strategies:
  • Utilize data and insights to inform copywriting approaches.
  • Implement winning copy frameworks and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.
  1. Copy Framework Playbook Management:
  • Update the Copy Framework Playbook weekly with data-driven insights and successful copy examples.
  • Document best practices and share them with the team to enhance overall performance.
  1. Research and Insight Integration:
  • Leverage internal data and external market research to enhance copy effectiveness.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, audience behaviors, and competitor strategies.
  1. Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager and creative team to align copy with overall marketing strategies.
  • Assist Media Buyers: Collaborate with media buyers to reduce average Cost Per Lead (CPL) to below $20 and total red accounts to below 10%.
  • Ensure we maintain and improve “lead quality”.
  • Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions.
  1. Quality Assurance and Compliance:
  • Ensure all copy meets brand guidelines and complies with legal and ethical standards.
  • Maintain a consistent tone and style across all marketing materials.

  • Attend and contribute to weekly training sessions led by the Marketing Manager.
  • Effective Use of Data:
  • Analyze performance data to inform and adjust copywriting techniques.
  • Strive to contribute to the reduction of Cost Per Lead (CPL) to below $20 over a rolling 30-day period.
  • Team Collaboration:

  • Consistent and timely updates to the Copy Framework Playbook.
  • Integration of latest data and successful copy examples.

  • Timely completion of tasks and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Responsiveness to feedback and ability to implement changes quickly.

  • Positive feedback from the Marketing Manager and team members.

Salary

$1,200 - $1,500 per month
