Description
As Levanta’s Content Marketing Strategist, you will lead the creation, management, and optimization of content across the buyer journey. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you’ll play a pivotal role in establishing Levanta as a trusted resource for Amazon sellers and creators by producing high-impact content that drives awareness, generates leads, and accelerates sales conversations.
This role is highly collaborative, requiring strong partnerships with internal teams like sales, growth marketing, and partnerships, as well as external agencies and freelance contributors.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy Development
- Define the content marketing strategy to align with Levanta’s sales funnel, including awareness, consideration, and retention.
- Set measurable KPIs for content performance (e.g., lead generation, website traffic, conversion rates, engagement).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, etc.) to identify content needs and gaps.
Content Creation & Execution
- Own the ideation, creation, and delivery of all types of content across the funnel:
- Awareness: SEO blogs, video content, podcasts, virtual events, thought leadership, infographics, research reports.
- Consideration: eBooks, case studies, calculators, one-sheets, newsletters.
- Enablement & Retention: Educational content (e.g., Levanta Academy), internal training materials, customer resources.
- Work with external writers, designers, and agencies to scale content production without compromising quality.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with internal stakeholders to gather insights:
- Sales: Address common objections, build tools to shorten the sales cycle.
- Marketing: Align with performance/growth and events strategies to amplify content distribution.
- Partnerships: Highlight agency collaboration in case studies and tools.
- Manage content needs for Levanta’s Creator Marketplace and partner marketing initiatives.
Content Distribution
- Partner with Performance/Growth Marketing to amplify content through paid channels, organic SEO, and email campaigns.
- Work with Events & Community Marketing to leverage content for in-person and virtual events.
- Ensure content is optimized for distribution across all owned and earned channels.
Data-Driven Optimization
- Use analytics tools to track content performance, measure against KPIs, and iterate for improvement.
- Leverage data to refine messaging, formats, and distribution strategies.
External Contractor Management
- Build and manage a network of freelance content writers, video editors, and graphic designers to support production.
- Establish workflows, processes, and editorial guidelines to ensure efficiency and consistency.

Experience & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing, ideally for a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
- Proven track record of developing and executing content strategies that drive business outcomes.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Experience with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMRush) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
- Familiarity with managing content across various formats and platforms, from blogs and video to tools and guides.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
