As a Community Product Manager, you will leverage your strong technical background to improve the NOWINCLUDED community platform. With a community-first approach, you’ll use your deep understanding of community needs to iterate and drive continuous improvement and evolution of NOWINCLUDED.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategies aligned with Acclinate’s NOWINCLUDED community’s mission and goals, leveraging community insights and feedback
- Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on market research, community feedback, and business priorities
- Oversee the product development process from ideation to launch, including marketing strategies, delivering updates on time and within budget
- Lead the design and optimization of the NOWINCLUDED platform’s user interface and experience, ensuring intuitive navigation, accessibility, engagement, and community-first decisions
- Collaborate with the development team to integrate new features, enhancements, and third-party tools into the platform, maintaining seamless functionality and performance
- Analyze community member data, metrics, and feedback to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement, driving continuous improvement in platform usability and effectiveness
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on NOWINCLUDED platform goals, timelines, and with OKRs
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance procedures to maintain high standards of performance, security, and reliability across the platform
- Create comprehensive documentation, user guides, and training materials to support internal teams and external users in utilizing the platform effectively
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments, integrating insights into product roadmaps and innovation initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 3-5 years of product strategy or management experience with a focus on web-based platforms and UI/UX design
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, design, or related field preferred
- Expert proficiency in WordPress, HubSpot, Webflow, and other relevant CMS tools
- Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies, web technologies, and technical integration processes
- Strong understanding of product development processes, including Agile methodologies
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with product management tools and software (e.g., Miro, Notion, ClickUp)
- Creative problem-solving abilities, with a strong focus on innovation, user-centric design, and continuous improvement
- Experience in the healthcare or life sciences industry is a plus.

Salary
$75,000 - $95,000 per year
