To build strong, long-term client relationships and ensure retention, the Client Success Specialist is a supporting role that will act as the bridge between the SEO Manager and the client, demonstrating the value of our work through tailored and clear communication, and coaching clients as they implement our strategies.

Your responsibilities

  • Ensure client-agency communications are timely and clear
  • Ensure that client deliverables are delivered timely and under the BTW quality standards
  • Ensure client satisfaction by constantly showcasing the value of our work
  • Improving client retention by being the client’s advocate
  • Support the SEO Manager in running upsells and identifying opportunities
  • Supporting the Operations team to improve processes and standards on client communication, delivery, and processes


Preferred skills

  • SEO knowledge, ClickUp experience, and agency experience are a HUGE plus
  • Client-facing experience
  • Excellent communication & people skills
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, decision-making & time management skills
  • Ability to think creatively and make informed decisions based on data

Salary

$2,200 - $3,200 per month
