Job Summary:

As a Business Data Analyst at MonetizeMore, your primary responsibility will be to bridge the gap between our Data Platform team and the internal business stakeholders. You will be the link that ensures seamless communication, collaboration, and understanding between the internal business stakeholders and the Data Platform team, ensuring that data-driven insights are effectively delivered to drive business growth and optimization.

What You’ll Do:

Analyze and assess business operations, identifying opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancement.
Document organizational processes and business models, providing insights into the alignment between technology and business objectives.
Propose innovative technological solutions to address business challenges and drive growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and enhance existing processes, products, services, and software.
Perform detailed data analysis to extract meaningful insights, trends, and patterns.
Identify and address gaps and weaknesses in current business processes through rigorous data analysis.
Contribute to cost-saving initiatives by leveraging data analysis techniques to identify inefficiencies.
Contribute to the identification of new business avenues and potential customer bases to support business expansion.
Provide data-driven recommendations to improve operations, products, and technology.
Stay current with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices related to business data analysis.

Who You Are:

At least 2 to 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst with experience in business requirement collection.
Proficiency in data analysis using SQL, Python, or other relevant programming languages.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Metabase) to create impactful dashboards and reports.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role with a focus on data-driven insights and business collaboration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively bridge the communication gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong business acumen and the ability to align data insights with strategic business objectives.
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
