Job Description

We are seeking a talented Biddable Media Strategist to join our growing team. We were recently named to Inc. Magazine’s list of Best Workplaces. Therefore, this is a rare opportunity to join a stellar team.

Sosemo is an award-winning digital marketing agency that specializes in search marketing (SEO/SEM), paid social, and programmatic media buying. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial-spirited, highly detail-oriented, have exceptional problem solving skills along with prior SEM and paid social experience preferably at an agency. Programmatic and SEO Experience is a plus.

Along with a competitive salary (salary range: $52,650 - $75,000), yearly bonus, and benefits, we also offer opportunities for our employees to earn a significant amount of additional compensation by working overtime and earning reward points.

Our office is located at 26 Broadway. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Conduct SEM and paid social media inventory assessment and develop budget allocation recommendations based on client goals
  • Conduct social listening/audience insights analysis/ insights/ recommendations
  • Conduct keyword research
  • Develop and optimize text ads
  • Planning, implementation, execution and evaluation of campaigns
  • Provide daily campaign management (Google, Facebook/IG, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • Rebalance campaign budgets based on ad frequency and overall performance
  • Demonstrates value against all initiatives by providing monthly/quarterly metrics reports
  • Research and keep up on industry trends
  • Ensure that the “Sosemo Approach” is followed by the team
  • Work with Operations/Project Management to manage timelines and confirm that all work is delivered in a timely manner levering status reports, hours tracking and project management software
  • Manage clients and ensure satisfaction
  • Assist with training and managing associates

Qualifications

  • 4-year college degree in marketing, information systems, computer science, or related field
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience managing biddable campaigns (paid social, SEM, programmatic, etc.)
  • Must have Fortune 500 or prior big agency experience
  • Must have an adequate number of LinkedIn endorsements biddable media (paid social, SEM, programmatic, etc.)
  • Passion for digital marketing and entrepreneurship
  • Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills to interpret campaign performance
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must be able to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have leadership skills including client management and developing POVs
  • Must be highly detail-oriented
  • Must have basic knowledge of web technologies
  • Must have basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Comfortable with Pivot Tables & VLOOKUP
  • Must have working knowledge of social networking sites, search engines and app stores
  • Prior pharmaceutical marketing experience a plus
  • Prior experience with Meltwater or other Social Listening tools a plus
