Job Description Summary:

General ledger accountants prepare journal entries, reconcile financial statements and accounts, and ensure data accuracy. Managing journal entries and ensure proper general ledger coding in support of monthly closings

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing
• Quarterly balance sheet and P & L Fluctuation Analysis
• Monthly expense variance analysis
• Balance sheet accounts reconciliations
• Assist various departments in accounting issues and queries.
• Support Auditor in conducting internal and external audits.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and revenue accounts.
• Review financial reports to identify and explain variances.
• Follow documentation retention policy to maintain accounting files.
• Adhere to standard accounting principles and company procedures.
• Perform accounting analyses and reporting to support decision-making purposes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 1-2 years experience

Travel Requirements: No Travel

The base salary range for this role is $57,118.00 - $71,398.00 /year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
