POSITION DESCRIPTION 

As an Account Executive at Affinaquest, you will play a pivotal role in propelling the company’s revenue growth across various channels and specifically in the healthcare market. Reporting directly to the Chief Development Officer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to devise and implement effective strategies aimed at securing new business and expanding our footprint in hospitals, hospital systems, and select Academic Medical Centers.

KEY RELATIONSHIPS 

Reports to: Chief Development Officer 

Other key relationships: Fellow Account Executives, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Professional Services, Proposal Management, Client Management  

Requirements

  MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS TO APPLY 

  • A minimum of 7 years’ experience in selling enterprise-class CRM software enabling fundraising (grateful patient and family) and philanthropic engagement in healthcare
  • A clear understanding of challenges, trends, and opportunities in the rapidly changing Healthcare market 
  • The ability to employ strategic thinking and a proactive approach to navigating complex sales cycles and closing substantial six and seven-figure deals. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Cultivate and secure new business opportunities, while effectively cross-selling to our existing clientele. 
  • Demonstrate a consistent track record in selling enterprise SaaS software, particularly within the Healthcare sector, ensuring quota attainment. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams, Salesforce, and system integrators to manage all aspects of proposal development, scheduling, and demonstration delivery. 
  • Employ strategic thinking and a proactive approach to navigate complex sales cycles, closing substantial six and seven-figure deals. 
  • Engage in comprehensive research on potential accounts, generating and pursuing sales leads with diligence. 
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of pipeline data. 
  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies, continually assessing their effectiveness. 
  • Attend industry events, sales conferences, and training sessions to stay updated and network with potential clients, partners, and Systems Implementers (SIs).

POSITION LOCATION 

  • Remote or Corporate Headquarters (ASU SkySong, Scottsdale, AZor Reston, VA Office - Hybrid Office Policy: Employees near an office must be there on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday to foster community and engagement.

TRAVEL 

  • YES - 40% of the time.

SALARY

  • Base salary over $100k
