The Strategic Sales Associate identifies sales opportunities, creates interest, drives brand and solution

awareness and preference, and assists the Seller in matriculating pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Generation, Outreach
  • Following up and qualifying marketing generated leads
  • Qualifying interested brokers and prospects, setting up meetings for the Seller that adhere to the qualification guidelines.
  • Working in partnership to bring business to close. We
  •  value initiative, accountability, and mutual support.
  • Sales enablement; new opportunity overview, entry, and management

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Communications and some experience in an inside sales
  • Outgoing, positive, friendly, and eager to be on the phone.
  • Solid understanding of Employee Benefits and programs
  • Demonstrated history in exceeding performance goals and quotas.
  • Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, methodology, and technology
  • Experience selling enterprise products/services with a focus on value-based selling methodologies. 
  • Adept and consistent in using Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint. 
  • Internet and research savvy using online resources such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and BenefitFlow to identify prospects.
