We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to Nuvem as a Product Owner/Business Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between the business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software products related to 340B that meet the needs of our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into user stories, acceptance criteria, and other relevant documentation.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the business stakeholders and the development team, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment on project objectives and priorities.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that it reflects the most up-to-date and valuable features for the product.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure that user stories are understood and implemented correctly, providing clarifications and making trade-off decisions when necessary.
- Participate in sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings, providing input and feedback to continuously improve the development process.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that delivered features meet the specified requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software development and business analysis, contributing to the ongoing improvement of our product development process.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience working as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies, with experience working in Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience with software development tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification is a plus.
- Experience with healthcare data or healthcare software such as interoperability or EMRs is preferred.
