ABOUT THE ROLE
The Product Analytics Manager at Sortly will play a pivotal role in both understanding and leveraging product data to drive strategic decision-making. This position goes beyond technical proficiency in data analysis; it demands a deep comprehension of business context and customer behavior. The ideal candidate will be adept at transforming data into compelling stories, providing actionable insights, and driving a data-informed culture across the company. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, analytical acumen, and strong communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis and Insight Generation: Dive deep into data to uncover trends and insights, transforming complex datasets into understandable and compelling narratives that inform business strategies.
- Maintain and Monitor Dashboards: Oversee and enhance a suite of dashboards, ensuring they effectively communicate product metrics and trends.
- Proactive Communication: Identify key insights and proactively communicate these findings, collaborating with various teams to drive informed decision-making.
- Product Analytics Operations: Lead the day-to-day operations of product analytics, focusing on accuracy, relevance, and strategic impact of the data.
- Data Enablement: Empower teams with insightful data, facilitating their understanding and aiding in data-driven decision-making processes.
- Tool Ownership and Optimization: Manage tools like Amplitude Analytics and Amplitude Experiment, ensuring they are leveraged to their fullest potential to glean product insights.
