About the Role:

We’re looking for a dynamic Paid Media Specialist, passionate about leveraging data-driven advertising to achieve unparalleled results. In this pivotal role, you’ll orchestrate, execute, and refine advertising campaigns across an array of media channels, backed by financial investments aimed at propelling our brand’s visibility and impact.


Your mission is to craft and implement sterling paid media strategies that resonate with our target audience, ensuring TestRail’s advertising endeavors not only reach but also surpass our strategic objectives. With a strong focus on product-led growth and demand generation, your expertise will drive our marketing efforts to new heights, optimize campaign returns, and fortify our market position.


What You’ll Do:

  • Campaign Development & Execution: Design and deploy paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and emerging channels critical to our industry. Your work will span from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring each campaign aligns with our broader marketing strategies and objectives.
  • Data Analysis & Optimization: Dive deep into campaign performance data to unearth insights, identify trends, and uncover areas ripe for optimization. Your analytical prowess will guide the continuous refinement of our campaigns, maximizing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Budget & Bid Management: Take charge of our advertising budgets, developing and adjusting bid strategies to ensure optimal resource allocation. Your goal is to achieve the best possible ROI, balancing cost with campaign performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside marketing, creative, and analytics teams to ensure campaign objectives are unified and performance is maximized. Your efforts will contribute to a cohesive and impactful advertising strategy.
  • Creative Development: Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling visuals and ad creatives that resonate with our target audience, adhering to brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Market Trends & Best Practices: Stay ahead of the curve, keeping abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid media. Your knowledge will be key in keeping our campaigns innovative and effective.


About You:

  • Experience & Expertise: You bring at least two years of hands-on experience in paid media, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns across multiple platforms. Your background is rooted in demand generation, with a special emphasis on product-led growth within the SaaS or related industries.
  • Analytical Mindset: Your ability to analyze complex data sets and derive meaningful insights is unmatched. You possess strong analytical skills, complemented by an in-depth understanding of web analytics tools and platforms.
  • Creative Collaboration: You’re not just about numbers; you understand the importance of compelling creative work. You can work closely with creative teams to develop ads that capture attention and drive action.
  • Adaptable & Proactive: In the ever-evolving landscape of digital advertising, you’re at the forefront, eager to test new approaches, platforms, and strategies to keep our campaigns fresh and effective.
  • Excellent Communication: Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to articulate campaign strategies, results, and insights clearly to stakeholders across the organization.
