The Role
Congo Brands is looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join our Marketing Strategy and Analytics org to develop, execute, and manage paid social media advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, in addition to other platforms as needed, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. This position is remote within the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify target audiences, relevant keywords, and optimal campaign settings.
- Create and optimize engaging ad copies, visuals, and landing pages to maximize campaign performance and conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance, including key metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for campaign optimization and provide recommendations to improve performance.
- Conduct A/B testing and implement ongoing optimizations to continually improve campaign performance and achieve desired outcomes.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling visuals and ad creatives that resonate with the target audience.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and algorithm updates for Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok.
- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting campaign performance, key learnings, and recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in managing paid social media budgets and forecasting ad spend to achieve maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and analytics, to ensure alignment of campaign strategies and objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in managing Facebook and Instagram ads.
- Proven track record of successfully executing and optimizing paid social media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, advertising tools, and best practices.
- Experience with managing Pinterest and TikTok ads is a big plus.
- Proficient in using ad management platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Solid analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for ad creatives.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
