Our company is looking for a Marketing Strategist with proficient experience in marketing strategy to add to our nationwide team. New Home Star is the largest privately owned seller of new homes in America. As a member of our marketing team, you have the opportunity to support our corporate office and our new home builder partners to sell more homes more profitably. Our Corporate Support Office is located in the heart of downtown Elmhurst, IL and is not your typical “corporate” setting. Pay Structure & Benefits

  • $64,000 Annual Salary plus bonus.
  • Paid time off- vacation time, paid sick and safe time(PSST), and paid company holidays.
  • In addition, you will be eligible for birthday time off, and an extended holiday break.

New Home Star is seeking a motivated, educated, goal-oriented professional to join our team. If you fit the requirements below, you are an ideal match for this position!

  • Proficient computer knowledge/skills (i.e., MS Office Suite such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Five years of marketing experience is required.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Home Builder marketing or sales experience is required.
  • Hubspot or Salesforce experience is required.
  • Background check required.

A strong candidate will have:

  • Technical aptitude and working knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
  • Experience in successfully growing relationships and creating customer success for multiple clients.
  • Current understanding of inbound marketing and sales strategies, best practices, and associated resources.
  • Proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and taking them to the next level.
  • Flexible and adaptable in managing your time and schedule in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Excitement to take on a new challenge, with the intuition and good judgment to get through it successfully.
  • Outstanding communication skills, incredible listening skills, strong writing skills, and excellent quantitative skills.
  • Emotional intelligence, innovation, and commitment to move the needle.


  • Ensure customer success and be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of home-building companies.
  • Responsible for creating project schedules, coordinating deliverables, and facilitating resources for your portfolio of accounts.
  • Identify the client’s business objectives, challenges, and key success metrics.
  • Provide inbound best practices, with the strategic intent of delivering high-quality inbound assets.
  • Provide proactive recommendations based on marketing analytics and inbound assessment to address key business and marketing challenges.
  • Develop inbound performance reports to analyze and monitor inbound strategy effectiveness and identify strategies to fill the gaps.
  • Drive upgraded revenue from service upsells and existing service solution retention.
  • Develop incredible partnerships with retainer customers to ensure ongoing client success & service.
  • Write blog posts and assist with other internal marketing initiatives.
