Role Overview:

As Head of Operations, you will play a critical role in steering Mount through its next growth phase. You’ll work closely with the CEO and leadership team to refine operational processes, scale our business model, and drive strategic initiatives. Your leadership will ensure Mount not only achieves its ambitious goals but also maintains its innovative culture and commitment to redefining the travel experience.

The Head of Operations at Mount will bridge the gap between strategy and execution. You own many of the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring seamless and effective interoperability across the Sales, Operations, and Product teams. In this role, you will formulate business strategies, oversee implementation, craft detailed business goals, and optimize business processes for efficiency. You will also support the entire organization in tackling high-impact business issues that arise at the crossroads of our functional teams in a data-driven approach. You will be partnering closely with the CEO to have a holistic understanding of the organization and Company Vision. You will be reporting directly to the CEO in this intersectional role, driving revenue effectiveness by establishing measurable processes to improve sales efficiency and determine growth goals in addition to driving GTM performance, producing actionable reporting and analysis while documenting and building strong relationships across the leadership team to influence decision making.

What You’ll Do:

  • Strategy Implementation: Translate the CEO’s strategic vision into operational reality. Refine and execute business strategies to scale operations, drive growth, and enhance efficiency across the organization.
  • Collaborate with CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operations strategy, and hiring levels
  • Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning
  • Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members can thrive and that organizational goals are met
  • Work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional leaders and departments to support the complex operational components of the business
  • Quantify and translate business needs and successes through data reporting
  • Ensure account management teams are executing effectively to maximize retention, up-sell, and cross-sell opportunities while unlocking adoption & engagement at scale


  • We’re looking for someone that’s a player-coach who loves data, building agile & scrappy teams with growth mindsets and importantly, always sees the bigger picture for what’s best for Mount
  • 4+ years of sales/business operations or revenue operations experience in a high-growth startup environment
  • Well-organized, strong communication skills and ability to manage and influence direct and indirect reports with high motivation for continuous improvement and ability to drive impact.
  • Evaluate employee performance, check in on productivity levels, and quickly address unresolved issues from the previous day
  • Make growth initiatives viable
  • Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues
  • Previous work as a consultant is a plus
