About the Role

As a Graphic Designer at Love in Faith, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs for various products such as t-shirts, tumblers, stickers, and more. Your creative work will play a crucial role in communicating our brand message and engaging with our loyal community. Join us in spreading love, faith, and positivity through art and design. Responsibilities

  • Design Creation: Develop creative and original graphic designs for Love in Faith’s apparel and accessories, keeping in mind the company’s faith-based theme and target audience.
  • Product Range: Collaborate with the design team and stakeholders to create designs that align with our product range and customer preferences.
  • Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop Expertise: Utilize Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop to create visually appealing and high-quality designs suitable for printing on various products.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the design team, marketing team, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of design projects and maintain consistency across all creative materials.
  • Monday Boards: Utilize Monday Boards to track project progress, stay organized, and collaborate effectively with the team.
  • Market Research: Stay updated with design trends, industry best practices, and competitor analyses to continuously enhance the creativity and relevance of Love in Faith designs.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all designs meet the required standards of quality, are error-free, and ready for production.
  • Brand Consistency: Uphold Love in Faith’s brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all design assets.
  • Slack Communication: Use Slack as a primary communication tool to stay connected with team members, share ideas, and receive feedback.
  • Time Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines.


Requirements

  • Portfolio: A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing proficiency in graphic design, particularly in apparel and product design. The portfolio should demonstrate an understanding of faith-based themes and creative versatility.
  • Software Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop is essential.
  • Creativity and Passion: A genuine passion for graphic design, a creative mindset, and an eagerness to bring new ideas to the table.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and quality of designs.
  • Team Player: Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to adapt designs to align with Love in Faith’s vision and customer preferences.
  • Faith Alignment: A deep understanding and appreciation of faith-based values, as the designs will be centered around this theme.


Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee routinely is required to sit; walk; talk and hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and stretch. Speaking and hearing ability sufficient to communicate in person, over the telephone, and/or via video conference.

  • The ability to stand, walk, and sit in a computer chair for long periods of time.

  • Speaking and hearing ability sufficient to communicate in person, over the telephone and/or via video conferences.
  • Sufficient hand, arm, and finger dexterity to operate a computer keyboard and other office equipment.


Emotional Demands

  • Data analysis & interpretation. You will have to process and review a lot of information from a variety of sources, understand how data is collected, assess data quality, and how to use the information.
  • Communication skills. You need to have advanced communication skills in both oral and written form. Emails and written communication with colleagues and external partners, written reports for senior executives. Able to communicate complex financial information to people outside of the finance department.
  • Comfortable with technology. Able to navigate data through computers, mobile, software, databases. Stay up to date with technology advances.
  • Oriented to detail. Financial forecasts rely on projections which can be impacted by even minor changes in sales patterns, consumer sentiment, economic shifts, competitor changes, etc. You will need to be attuned to small changes in all streams of data.
  • Confident decision-making skills. You will need to review data and make sound decisions on what actions to take and make confident recommendations to senior management. You may need to make decisions quickly with limited amounts of information in urgent situations.
