At Sybill.ai, we are building a 10x better way to do B2B sales via an end-to-end, AI-first GTM stack that unlocks unprecedented levels of automation for the sales reps. The existing GTM stack only gives reps a better UX to do their admin tasks. With Sybill, reps will not need to do them at all. All they will need to do is take customer calls and supervise the AI, enabling them to be super-sellers.


Our founding team from Stanford, Harvard and IITs has built a sales-specific, proprietary AI to extract highly accurate deal attributes, which unlocks these workflows. This AI-first GTM stack will disrupt both today’s pigeonholed tools (Gong, Highspot, Scratchpad, Clari, Outreach) and remove the need for extensive middle management in GTM orgs.


With Sybill’s conversational AI workflows, reps are seeing a remarkable behavior switch in their day-to-day lives and they just can’t stop using the product (gross retention - 99%+). They are vocal about their love for Sybill on LinkedIn, enabling us to grow 20x to $1.2M in ARR last year.


Opportunity:

As part of the Founder’s Office (Product), you will have an unparalleled opportunity to influence the direction and growth of a Series A startup in its critical scale-up phase. You will work closely with Mehak, our co-founder and CPO and gain a front row seat to product operations and lifecycle. Success in this role requires strong ownership and work ethic such that you are able to free up valuable mental bandwidth for the founders and take up high leverage tasks such as enabling data-driven decision making, managing product relationships and identifying growth opportunities.


Responsibilities:

  1. Decision Proxy: Serve as a trusted advisor by running quality analysis on critical product decisions.
  2. Operations: Use a mix of Automation, Code, Gen AI and Excel to find answers and streamline processes.
  3. Stakeholder Management: Assist with building and maintaining relationships with successful founders, key p hires and target customers.
  4. Branding and Communication: Collaborate with marketing to craft and share strategic messages from founders with internal and external stakeholders.


Qualifications:

  1. Must haves (at least two):
  2. Top tier MBA experience or
  3. CS or related undergraduate degree or
  4. 2 years early stage startup experience
  5. Exceptional skills in written and verbal communication is a must.
  6. Demonstrated history of hacking through problems with creativity and first principles thinking.
  7. Demonstrated history of uncovering opportunities through smart outreach and market research.
  8. Proficiency in python coding or wiz with excel to define and run analysis on key business metrics.
  9. Good to haves:
  10. Exposure to B2B/B2C SaaS products leveraging Generative AI.
  11. Background or familiarity with sales roles, processes or products
  12. Familiarity with product development processes and methodologies.


Other Details:

  1. Compensation is $30K-$60K / yearly. This compensation will be a mix of base, bonus and equity.
  2. Open to remote roles in any time zone as long as you are willing to work at least a few hours in PST business hours. We welcome you to work out of our HQ in Mountain View, California as well.
