About This Role

This role is an exciting opportunity to help shape the brand for our high-growth company. You will be responsible for designing across a variety of mediums to build a unique, polished, and engaging brand experience.

This role will be part of the marketing team at Stitch, reporting to the VP of Marketing, and will involve highly collaborative work with teams across the organization. The right candidate will be excited to work on a variety of projects, excel with attention to detail, and have a solid understanding of what it takes to build a strong and cohesive visual brand.

How you’ll spend your time:

  • Support teams across the business, including sales, marketing, consulting, and talent, by developing cohesive visual branding materials.
  • Design engaging, unique, and thoughtful sales presentations and collateral
  • Own our visual brand experience for gifting and events — designing branded swag, event collateral, and supporting assets
  • Create templates for social media, decks, and other collateral to be used by non-designers
  • Collaborate with marketing on projects such as the Stitch website, email, social media, and marketing content
  • Work alongside the VP of Marketing to determine overall brand and creative direction
  • Visually communicate sometimes complex concepts in ways that make the information visually appealing and understandable (i.e., marketing architecture diagrams)


  • Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communications Design, Graphic Design, Computer Graphics Technology
  • Extremely proficient across Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
  • Skilled with Google Slides
  • Bonus points for Webflow and/or web design experience
  • Bonus points for animation experience (i.e., Adobe AfterEffects, Canva animation)
  • A strong portfolio with a variety of projects that demonstrate solid design skills across mediums (grasp of white space, texture, movement, and illustration)
