We are looking for a candidate for the following position: Communications Team Lead
What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute communication strategies. Craft comprehensive communication plans that support the company’s objectives, promote new and existing games, and enhance Brand visibility across various channels. Coordinate with different departments to ensure a unified and coherent message;
- Lead content creation and management. Oversee the production of engaging content for social media, company’s blog, emails, press releases, and other marketing materials. Ensure content aligns with overall brand identity and game narratives, and manage the content calendar to keep audiences engaged;
- Manage media relations and publicity. Build and maintain relationships with partners in the gaming industry. Plan and execute publicity campaigns and special projects to maximize media coverage;
- Oversee social media and digital marketing. Lead the social media strategy, including content creation, community engagement, and analytics. Direct digital marketing campaigns to increase games visibility, player acquisition, and retention;
- Lead and develop the communications team. Manage the team, setting clear goals, providing regular feedback, and facilitating professional development. Ensure the team remains motivated, creative, and effectively meets deadlines.
