We are looking for a dynamic, motivated and detail-oriented B2B Marketing Intern to join our team on a part-time basis and contribute to our continued growth in the health tech industry. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of B2B marketing, strong research skills, and a willingness to learn. Experience in health tech or healthcare is not required but would be a distinct advantage.


  • B2B Marketing Strategy: Support the marketing team in developing and implementing our B2B marketing strategy.
  • Social Media Management: Participate in the content creation, scheduling, posting, and audience engagement for the company’s social media platforms, with a focus on B2B engagement.
  • Content Creation: Assist in the creation of key marketing materials, including social media posts, blog posts, case studies, and white papers with B2B focus.
  • Market Research: Conduct industry and market research to understand customer behavior and preferences.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data from various marketing campaigns to understand effectiveness and areas for improvement.


  • Studying for or have completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relations or related field.
  • 1+ years experience in Marketing
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Motivated self-starter with strong organizational skills.
  • Strong proficiency in social media.
  • Basic understanding of B2B marketing principles.
  • Basic understanding of marketing tools and techniques.


  • Experience or interest in the health tech/healthcare industry.
  • Prior intern experience in a B2B marketing position.

How you’ll Work:

This position is available under the supervision of Kristina Kroot, Director of Marketing.

Flexible Schedule and Location:

10 hours per week for a duration of six months with the option to extend. Highly flexible schedule outside of regular weekly meetings with your supervisor. Your supervisor is on EST time and you will be expected to align with her schedule for meetings if needed.

mpathic is a remote-first company with cross-functional teams based throughout the US. We welcome applicants from all 50 states.

Hourly Wage:

$20-$30 per hour depending on experience level. We are committed to equal pay.


This position is not eligible for medical or fringe benefits as a 1099 contractor.
