SponsorUnited is looking for a hands-on experienced AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an AI Engineer at SponsorUnited, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge AI and machine learning solutions. You will work closely with our development and data science teams to create intelligent, data-driven systems that provide invaluable insights for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Model Development: Design, develop, and deploy AI models and algorithms that provide data-driven insights and recommendations to our clients.
Data Processing: Work with large datasets, clean and preprocess data, and employ data engineering techniques to ensure data quality and usability.
Machine Learning: Build and train machine learning models for tasks such as predictive analytics, recommendation systems, and pattern recognition.
Model Evaluation: Evaluate the performance of AI and machine learning models and fine-tune them for optimal results.
Data & Integration: Collaborate with the development team to integrate AI solutions into our SaaS platform seamlessly.
Scalability and Efficiency: Optimize AI algorithms for scalability, performance, and efficiency to handle large volumes of data.
AI Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and explore how they can be applied to enhance our products.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for AI models, data pipelines, and best practices.

Qualifications:

7+ years of experience as an AI Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing AI and machine learning projects.
Proficiency in programming languages commonly used for AI and machine learning, such as Python.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
Experience with popular machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
Strong data analysis and data engineering skills.
Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and collaboration within a team-oriented environment.
